Patient Feedback

Adventist HealthCare is dedicated to providing you with the best possible standard of care. We value your feedback and would like to hear from you. If you wish to provide feedback regarding a particular service at any Adventist HealthCare facility, or your admission to an Adventist HealthCare hospital as a patient, there are several options available to you:

While you are in hospital:

  • You should contact the Manager or person in charge for problems experienced during your stay. S/He can address most of your concerns whilst you are in hospital and ensure timely action
  • Use the feedback form provided in your room / discharge lounge area 
  • If you wish to speak to someone outside the department – please see contact details below

Once you have left hospital:

Email your comments or feedback form to the Quality Management Department on customerfeedback@sah.org.au.

Write to the Quality Management Department.
